the Existing Shares will only be consolidated, in accordance with the Ratio, into a whole number of
Consolidated Shares with no fractions of shares being issued:
1. Positions in Existing Shares held via book entry that cannot be consolidated into a whole number of Consolidated Shares in accordance with the Ratio will be dealt with in accordance with the rules of the relevant clearing system.
2.
The positions of Existing Shares in the share register of the Company that cannot be consolidated into a whole number of Consolidated Shares in accordance with the Ratio will be aggregated for consolidation into Consolidated Shares which will be sold on the relevant market in accordance with market practice. Net proceeds after deduction of relevant transaction costs and expenses will be distributed on a pro rata basis to the holders of Existing Shares that did not have a sufficient number of Existing Shares to be converted into a whole number of Consolidated Shares in accordance with the Ratio.
Las acciones que te sobran, que sólo pueden ser una o dos, te las vende el broker y el dinero que sale de la venta es para ti. La manera, si hay comisiones o no y todas estas cosas supongo que dependerá de cada broker. También es cierto que hay gente que en contra-splits de otras empresas las ha perdido en el limbo, yo por si acaso en su día ya hice una compra de más para tener un número de acciones múltiplo de 3 xD

¿Si antes del contra-split tienes la orden de venta puesta en 20, el broker la hace efectiva una vez hecho el contra-split, la anula o la mantiene en proporción?
