Yes the ordinary shares have a lock Up. 3 months for the fist 5 %, 4 months for the second 5%...and the last 55% in 9 months

But i dont really understand the difference about your old and the new share on Stockholm market .
Do this old shares stay ? So there will be 700 million shares ? 200 old and 500 new and there is A Lock Up..
OR  If there is only 300 M shares without Lock Up..?

After reverse split 14 SEK .. Next week.
Then if your price is 1 Euro.. 1 Euro is around 11SEK 

El precio del reverse Split es 0.0021 o 2.1 sek después del contrasplit. 2.1 sek equivalen a 0.20 euros..por eso se pasa de 200 millones de acciones a 1000 millones. 500 tipo a y 500 ordinarias. Lo que cotice en el.mercado, ahora cerca de 15 sek después del contrasplit, es otro tema. Por lógica pensamos que no tiene sentido que cotice tan alta, debería cotizar cerca de 0.0021sek y cotiza a 0.0145. 7 veces más caro. Se valora ahora mismo subgen en 1400 millones de euro. Mucho más de la valoración actual de la compañía.

So the difference is only because the value of the exchange in Swedish - Euro.

 What you Swedes don't understand—and I've been to many Swedish forums, where you debate the RTO and the risk-benefit equation—is who you are risking your money with. You don't know those people; we do.
Those executives are going to tell you, through PowerPoint presentations and a lot of 'smoke' (hype), what the company is supposedly going to earn in the future, while in the meantime they will bombard you with capital increases, all while they sell their overpriced shares.

This is just A scam too give A share Moore profit.

That information is incorrect. 
I explained it in this forum a couple of weeks ago; it's a cache issue—the servers kept the old information. The information that was provided to your operator indicates that we all have a lock-up, except for SUBSTRATE's shares. Those 50 million shares I told you about. The information is in the private contracts provided to your stock broker/manager. All of us have to sign the lock-up agreement for the shares to be listed. You are Swedish, you can ask the company for the information. I have tried, but I don't even know how to start in Swedish. Your operator enforces the lock-up; that wouldn't be logical, so I was browsing the cache, on the page copies.
I insist again, you don't know who those people are. We have known them for 3 years, and except for the 'hype men' (or 'pumpers'), you won't hear anyone speak well of them. 
 I have analyzed all their reports, and all their supposed profits are R&D developments that never materialize into money, so they live off capital increases. 
 If you check our operator, you will see that we have more capital increases underway. 
 And the same thing is going to happen to you. 
 Smoke, smoke, and more smoke.
