yo tambien tenia muchas esperanzas, pero entre los comentarios de maximunae y recordar el 12 de marzo, mas que no habia volumen ni para arriba ni para abajo, lo cual uno algo puede llegar a interpretar, me hizo decidir abandonar despues de mas de 1 y medio.

OMG.... WOW... OMG.

Re-Reading the details of JPM's "assumptions" (I had seen it before), EVEN JPM apparently agreed in their bid with my timeline/conclusions. They say (page 2 of the above link):

"the (OTS) will direct the exchange, and the holding company immediately will contribute the trust preferred securities IT RECEIVES UPON EXCHANGE to the bank"

"IT **RECEIVES** UPON EXCHANGE"...... ie AFTER it got the TPS in the Exchange (on the 26th, which even JPM agrees is when the Exchange happened), ***NOT*** the 25th which is BEFORE the Exchange took place and WMB was seized/sold.
