EL DINERO DEL NOL ES PARA WMI AL 100%
Os pego un post de USA que demuestra que el 100% del NOL es para WMI.
Prensky, of Little Bear Investments, Is correct in believing WaMu (WMI) will get the entire refund.
If Starke, of CRT Capital, would have done his own due diligence, he would have discovered that JPMorgan Chase is ineligible.
This is due to JPMC being a TARP recipient. Even if JPMC pays back all the TARP it still does not restore their eligibility to receive the rebates.

So Prensky is totally correct in stating that WAMU (WMI) will receive the entire refund and JPMC will get nothing. Starke's opinion, on the other hand, is lacking!
Cuidadme la acción y cuando vuelva esta tarde espero ver una GRAN SUBIDA!!!!
Re: EL DINERO DEL NOL ES PARA WMI AL 100%
Este es el párrafo en cuestión que le da por culo a JPM:
The right to elect an extended carryback period does not apply to any taxpayer that is a TARP recipient or any taxpayers related to a TARP recipient at any time in 2008 or 2009. The legislative history indicates that repayment of a TARP investment does not restore eligibility for the election.
