Claro que te picas y mucho Mr Simpson como siempre no soportas que critiquen en tu hilo y desprecias cualquier comentario negativo de la acción en cuestión. Háztelo mirar majete.

Se tira de los pelos y así se quedó...xD. Es increible como cada cierto tiempo hay que recordarle a como estarían la conversión actual wamuq/wmih, las recomendaciones que se hicieron en el pasado y quien tuvo el mayor porcentaje de acierto dando entrada y salida, etc... particularmente paso de copy paste, en este hilo está todo escrito menos mal, lo que no se puede permitir es que todavía haya gente que se piense que este sabe mucho del tema... cuando ha demostrado no tener ni idea de como funcionan los mercados financieros y en general los pink sheets.

M&A Deal Status
We are all waiting to see what kind of merger and acquisition deal that WMIH can come up with to maximize the value of the company and use the NOL tax benefit. In the 3rd quarter 2013 10Q, the company reported: "The CS&D Committee has met regularly with Blackstone to discuss and evaluate potential transactions of varying size and across varying industries. During the quarter ended September 30, 2013, the CS&D Committee met six times. The foregoing notwithstanding, we have not, to date, identified and executed definitive documentation relating to any transaction." Most recently, in the 2014 1st quarter 10Q (released 5/9/14), the company reports: "The Corporate Strategy and Development Committee of our board of directors (the "CS&D Committee") meets regularly with Blackstone to discuss and evaluate potential transactions of varying size and across varying industries. During the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively, the CS&D Committee met formally and informally numerous times and, since Blackstone's retention, we have contacted more than 100 potential counterparties, including more than 20 potential target companies. As of March 31, 2014, we had not executed definitive documentation relating to any acquisition transaction. " As far as I know, this is the first time that the company has confirmed that they have officially contacted 20 potential 'target' companies. Moreover, the number of meetings has grown to 'numerous' times vs. the 'six' reported in 3Q 2013. It sounds as if there will be the first of (hopefully) several deals announced relatively soon.

Mr. Simpson sigues siendo un maleducado de tomo y lomo pero ya te conocemos de lejos.
Por mucho que bombees y te apoyen tus palmeros Chikis y compañía, peloteado con tus propios nicks que utilizas para auto alabarte no te sirven para coger nuevos adeptos.
Estas mas visto que el TEBEO.
Cuando la acción vuelva a sus orígenes entonces dejaras de ladrar.
Tu sigue acumulando a estos precios que acabaras perdiendo hasta los sucios calzoncillos que usas.
