Yo en ningún momento he metido cizaña, sois algunos los que os tomais a mal mis comentarios. Respecto a lo que dices de la publicidad, pues no merece la pena contestarte, ya que eso si que es una banalidad.

No sólo por ti, está claro, aquí creo que de inversor suicida (bueno no tanto porque al final abandonaste a los foreros comuneros) sólo quedas tu contra viento y marea, si no por los foreros usa (bopfan, catz, ghost, gibson, etc).

No me negarás ahora que siempre utilizaste en todos tus comentarios la carta de hoffman como arma arrojadiza contra Rosen y el POR, dandole importancia desde el primer día incluso con tu criterio equivocado a la vista están hoy los resultados de pedir dinero como bopfan para esta gente.

Sólo un error más en la larga lista, no te preocupes. Sólo un apunte las h han saltado de nivel respecto a varias semanas, cuanto más altas estén las h's más posibilidades de aprobar el POR, la caida de las acciones de hoy no es significativa, pero si me ha parecido significativo la subida de las H's por el hearing de hoy.

A mi entender, los últimos botes salvavidas se podrán coger, si TPS al final llega a un acuerdo con JPM (primera voz de alarma para tirarse a los botes salvavidas) y si la juez aprueba el abandono de la equidad propuesto por los debtors, ya diría mucho de que decisión tiene tomada respecto al POR (último aviso de salvase quien pueda).

Rosen, eventual disbarment and Weil, besides claw backs, may face sanctions for this charade. A&M, conspiracy to defraud. FDIC and JPM want “insurance” from lawsuits and for that sellout Hochberg, a legacy that he will puke from.

IMHO, JMW knows how this will end, as it’s her show from hereon,..and no one can control what she can or will do. She has a legacy too and she is not about to mess with it now. JMW wants a settlement and she will not be satisfied with a total and obvious rip-off. She will make everyone pass the hat and put in something of value till it reaches the Pfd’s and maybe the common and there is plenty of assets and dollars in this pie to feed everyone. How she will finesse this is, by giving an opinion that forces them all to the table to preserve the things they want most and that means giving up the things they can.

I don’t see JMW doing anything but the right thing, as she hasn’t been doing anything wrong yet.

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Securities regulators have broadened their inquiry into the mortgage industry, asking big banks about the early stages of securitizing home loans, two sources familiar with the probe said.

The Securities and Exchange Commission launched the new phase of its investigation by sending out a fresh round of subpoenas last week to big banks including Bank of America Corp, Citigroup Inc, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Goldman Sachs Group Inc and Wells Fargo & Co, the sources said.

Mientras escuchaba a sus preguntas de Brown, creo que su decisión estaba tomada antes de que empezaramos hoy, iba a negar el movimiento y que no habría hecho ninguna diferencia lo que los argumentos dijeran. Estoy de acuerdo en que no vamos a perder un minuto más con el tema de Hoffman se intentó , se perdio y hay que seguir adelante sin mirar atras.

Hay datos bastante más solidos en los argumentos finales del EC para poder llevar el caso a una posición que nos beneficie más que la actual.

Que ayer perdieramos un 5% en las P´s, Q´s o un 2% en K´s no es sinónimo de nada. Si ayer las H subieron pues enhorabuena tb llevaban unos días planos en $22.10 y eso no quiere decir NADA. Las P´s han tenido subidas semanales en semanas pasadas del 10% y ¿ha significado algo? o ¿es que quieren que soltemos P´s y compremos H´s?... lo siento pero yo no voy a picar en ese anzuelo

Nos vamos a 2011 con las implicaciones de + $5 Billones NOL´s que eso conlleva al POR a no ser que Mamá Noel Walrath nos de la sorpresa de Navidad.

Si estupendo, que decida de una vez la Juez, que queremos saber ya si las acciones valen algo o no, pero en USA que postean que si Wikileaks o la SEC pueden hacer cambiar algo la situación suena a cuento de navidad para niños.
