It will be EXTREMELY interesting to see what Susman comes up with on cross-examination. You would not want to be one of those witnesses. Either they blurt out the truth or they have to fear that Susman is going to nail them for perjury and send them to the slammer...and they will not know what Susman is holding in his hand when he asks a question.
