Bueno yo no diría tanto como que hoy se ha ganado una gran batalla, si no que simplemente nos han dejado preparnos para una gran batalla como la que va a ser la de conseguir derrocar el actul consejo de WMI. Quedan días muy interesante de DD de saber datos sobre cuantos votos son necesarios para derrocar la actual junta?, de cuantos votantes disponemos?, los pdfs para la acumulación de votos ha sido aprobada??, tpg y los grandes fondos que esten en comunes votarán como es lógico por cambiar el consejo? ya que si no lo hacen iría contra toda lógica ya que con el consejo actual las comunes valen 0, ...etc

Sólo si ganamos esta gran batalla, estaremos en disposición de tratar de ganar la guerra.

I informed Bopfan of the 2 additional members a while back based on the P's Prospectus! I had never seen the K's Prospectus so I just assumed that 2 was the maximum allowed! Ron produced the K's Prospectus today and it contains similar language!

So why not 4 additional BOD seats? Anyone?

Establecer que sólo los accionistas registrados al 3 de marzo son los que pueden participar del meeting es correcto y tiene por objeto evitar las especulaciones que se podrían hacer ahora sabiendo que se elegirá nuevo BOD.
