Stone,

"To summarize, and to tie what I am currently saying to the prior piece, these valuation considerations should be taken very lightly. In practice, our focus as speculators (which is what we all are, unless we are buying and holding forever) should be on economic, business, monetary and market cycles–the reflexively self-supporting processes of growth and rising prosperity in accomodative monetary environments that bolster risk appetite and cause people to want to have larger portions of their wealth invested in equities."
"Those processes, not the verdict of anyone’s curve-fit, will drive the market’s near-term and medium-term outcomes, the outcomes that we care about. Right now, we simply are not in the kind of environment–in terms of monetary policy, or the economy’s growth trajectory–where cycles break down. If the market corrects–which it eventually will (hopefully from somewhere near where we are today, for the sake of those of us that want to add exposure, but that don’t want to chase)–the correction should be BOUGHT."
Saludos
In spanish, please.
jajaja, creeme que no dejo de decírselo!
