Apreciaciones "British" las hay para todos los gustos. Te envío la siguiente noticia:
"Thousands of Britons are taking advantage of the rising value of their homes to buy properties in Spain and France, research suggested yesterday."
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2004/07/15/ncont15.xml&sSheet=/news/2004/07/15/ixhome.html
De la que entresaco las siguientes frases:
"Cheaper house prices on mainland Europe - the average cost of a home in Spain is £87,000, while it is £81,000 in France - are encouraging Britons to buy abroad, and the trend is fuelling a continental property boom, according to research commissioned by Barclays bank."
¿No quedamos en que el precio de las casas en España todavía era el 80% que en Francia? (Claro que a un 18% por año, les cogemos en 18 meses, y ya quisiera yo para mí un salario francés para pagar la hipoteca).
"Martin Hoskin, a spokesman for Kyero - an online "portal" that advertises more than 34,000 Spanish properties - thinks that property in Spain will not present such good value in the future.
He said: "Twenty years ago the attraction of Spain was that it was cheap and sunny.
"It's still sunny, but is not so cheap any more."
Uh, oh,....
