Bueno, la parte primera es más o menos clara.
La segunda, obviamente está relacionada con que nos hayan quitado al apunte en clearstream de que somos propietarios de un bono de cara a demostrarlo ante un juzgado. No sé si nuestro custodio pudiera revertir el proceso, tampoco sé si una nota por parte del custodio serviría en caso de la demanda legal (esto último supongo que lo preguntaré a sdk o al DR. Spath.
Tercera parte, relacionada con la segunda, transmite la necesidad de recuperar por parte del custodio la propiedad del bono, para eso tiran del gabinete del Dr Spath que parece que con éxito ya ha recuperado para otros clientes del bono de Atu, pero que cobraría unos 300 euros por hacer este trabajo, aunque no sé si es para todos juntos o por cada uno.
En definitiva, todavía esperar al gabinete americano y conseguir el título de propiedad del bono que nos arrebataron los de atu y bloquearlos en cuenta.

Me parece que se han dado cuenta que los costos iniciales son de € 85 hasta € 300 por sdk registro y no borran los títulos. Entonces, dependiendo del número de personas presentes se hará una estimación de los costos de la demanda
