RELAX !

WMI Holding is a publicly-traded corporation with almost no operations, no debt, a handful of employees, and a 9-figure bank account. Their biggest unrealized asset is the tax benefit that they retained from their predecessor company...a tax benefit that is valued at zero in their stock price. Essentially then, WMIH is a little chick walking across a field full of hungry wolves. It is INEVITABLE that one of them will open wide and...snap...snap...WMIH no more.
