Por fin mi broker AMERITRADE me esta dando solución al tema de los documentos. 1)Me ha confirmado que ya ha enviado la documentación por correo normal.(todavía no me llega) 2) También me esta enviando hasta mañana la documentación por correo electronico. PREGUNTAS: 1)Puedo imprimir los documentos que me envían por mail completar , escanear y volver a enviar por mail o tengo que enviar los originales. 2) COMO ya no alcanzo a la votación que debo responder para poder acceder a la distribución de la nueva´compañia 3) Que es lo que no debo completar, para no quedarse sin opción de acceder a la distribución Gracias de antemano por la ayuda

Buena pregunta la de manzana Me supongo que en la negociación a la que llegaron, ya deber haber manejado un valor de conversión referencial y para definir ese precio deben haber tomado algún tipo de análisis considerando el valor con el que inicia la compañia reorganizada y el número de acciones de cada una de las clases que formarán parte de lacompañia.

Manzana La inversión en la nueva empresa reorganizada podría ser una oportunidad interesante. Deberías analizar detenidamente, cuál es el objetivo de la misma, tipo de accionistas; quienes la van a precidir; si el valor con el que arranquen las acciones están subvaloradas o sobrevaloradas. A lo mejor resulta una buena oportunidad. Recuerda que un inversionista común y corriente no tiene muchas posibilidades de enterarse de esta negociación y de la formación de la nueva empresa reorganizada.

Here's the "perspective"..with a little more discovery..this GSA is DOA. The SNH have more info to spill, as does the Debtors and JMW has given the EC the leverage to pry into several areas, some of which open up automatically. These miscreants will start to give up more dots to link together. The parties looking to get out of this mess are now dimished to just JP Morgan..and they may be up against the wall pretty soon without resolve.. I believe ANICO will be a severe blow to the FDIC and JPM and that time, as well as other adjudications is getting closer. Those delays aren't because of stalling, they are because everyone is now positioning themselves against FDIC which included the FDIC..I finally think they got it that JPM screwed Bair..no flowers, and no kisses!

The next hedge monkey game is coming The next one is the "preferreds face and multiple dollars for common or no deal" brigade. While I am unsure if we will even get to revote, this is the last ditch hope of the monkeys to spread discord and get people to either sell or disrupt an orderly settlement. See it for what it is. I am going to work very hard to keep a cool head through this process until I understand all the ins and outs. There's will lots of yelling fire in the movie theater at the right moment and if you sell, there won;t be any getting back in.
