Hola. Pues mi caso es de traca: me han cobrado una compra fraudulenta. Supuestamente mi tarjeta de débito ha sido usada desde otra cuenta de Amazon. ¿Qué clase de tienda tramita un pago si el titular de la tarjeta no coincide con el de la cuenta de cliente? Se ha cometido como mínimo un delito y nadie se hace responsable. La atención teléfonica ha resultado lamentable e incluso chulesca. He puesto reclamación en mi entidad bancaria y han ordenado el reembolso. Salvo sorpresa debería recuperar el dinero. Adjunto el email de respuesta de Amazon Alemania (para mear y no echar gota): " Hello Rubén, I am sorry to learn that you have been charged 44,85€ on 14/02 I understand that it will be more annoying for you and apology for the inconvenience this has caused to you. Being a valued customer, you are very much eligible to receive high level of service from us and  We try our level best to provide convenient and stress free shopping to our customers but in this case we haven't met the standard. Since you have a bad experience, I've forwarded the incident to the relevant department and they will investigate this issue strictly at high priority and make sure these incidents to be avoided in future. Furthermore, I have cross checked transactions of your payment method and think I have found the unknown charge. It is associated to another account than the one you are contacting us from, with a different account holder. For data security reasons, I cannot inform you further about any associated orders or transactions. I kindly ask you to please enquiry your family members, colleagues, friends, roommates that have access to your credit card credentials about the charge, so you can identify the account holder in question. I have notified the account holder that used your Credit Card/Direct Debit, so you should expect that person to notify you and clarify the charge in the following days. As we are bound by laws that allow us to provide information only to specific parties this means that even if your card is on another account, we can only provide Amazon.de account information to the name on that Amazon account. We can’t provide you with any information related to this charge (this includes the name of the purchaser, the item purchased, the order cost or the associated address). If you, however, do not acquire additional information about the charge, we advise you to contact your bank to resolve this issue. I would ask you to inform us as well so that further steps can be taken." Mantened vuestro a salvo de estos estafadores.
