En resumen, que no me van a ayudar, que probablemente estuviese registrada antes en la FSPR pero que ya no lo está, con lo cual nos quedamos todos los clientes en el limbo. Lo único poner una denuncia ante la Guardia civil vía telemátic pero sinceramente lo veo dificil que ellos me ayuden. Tambien he mandado un correo a Herbert Fletcher y Diego Rojas solicitando mi dinero pero dudo que se dignen a contestar.

Hace 2 semanas concretamente el 21 de diciembre solicite un retiro de mi cuenta y es imposible. He enviado como 10 mensajes a clientservices y no contesta nadie, cuando digo nadie es nadie! En chat de support me dan largas , me dicen que envie un mail a clientservices, y ultimamente me vetan del chat, no me contestan y cierran la ventana. En skype mi supuesto gestor nunca contesta, cuando llamas a soporte por skype tampoco atienden. Horrible, muy mal servicio en todos los sentidos. No sé que hacer , estoy desesperado ya. Pensaba que era el único pero veo que esto esta plagado de casos.
