Nueva comunicacion: ARYZTA confirms that it has received a request from COBAS SELECCIÓN, FI and COBAS INTERNATIONAL, FI and VERAISON SICAV (the “Shareholding Group”) to convene an EGM of the Company with the agenda items (i) to remove Gary McGann as Chairman and member of the Board and Annette Flynn, Dan Flinter, Rolf Watter and Kevin Toland as members of the Board (in the case of Kevin Toland to enable him to focus on his CEO functions), (ii) to newly elect Urs Ernst Jordi as member and Chairman of the Board and Armin Bieri and Heiner Kamps as members of the Board, and (iii) to newly elect Armin Bieri and Heiner Kamps as members of the compensation committee. The Board will carefully consider the EGM request.

Una central de ciclo combinado tiene una turbina movida unicamente por el gas, y luego para aprovechar al maximo la eficiencia produce vapor para una turbina de vapor. El tiempo de encendido depende mas de las temperaturas del metal de las propias turbinas (turbina de gas, o la de vapor), que del tiempo que se tarda en calentar el agua.Respecto al apagado de una central de ciclo combinado pueden ser 10 minutos desde carga baja estable.

Ha salido esta noticia sobre movimientos en Aryzta (desconozco si tiene que ver con el fondo activista que ha estando entrando en la compañia): Schlieren/Switzerland, 11 May 2020 Due to the COVID-19 situation, the previously announced departure of Rob O’Boyle, COO APMEA will be postponed to 31 July 2020. Rob has stepped down from the Group Executive Management Team. This extended time period will allow for the seamless transition of Chris Plüss who will take up the role of COO APMEA and join the Group Executive Management Team on 1 July 2020.

Que opinion teneis de Maire Tecnimont? Es una de las posiciones que ha subido en el ultimo trimestre, presento resultados esta semana y ha caido fuerte.
