Yo lo que entiendo es que te alertan de los que compren en la oferta publica, si lo hicieran por ejemplo a precios del 19 de Marzo (9,71$) sufrirían una "dilucion" de 8,40 porque en los libros de contabilidad de NVAX cada acción vale 1,31$. NVAX

Por tanto cabe esperar que la acción se estabilice entorno a los 1,50$ no? La pasta para la comercialización se referirá solo para los chinos o ya tienen en mente que se usará para alguna región mas?
