Tiempo, creo que es lo que tenemos ahora. Leo en el foro alemán, que el cuarto trimestre ha sido históricamente siempre el mejor del año. Por tanto, si han pagado ahora el grueso de la deuda senior, pagarán a los subordinados en enero (que es una cantidad muy inferior), con lo que se ganan unos meses. Me decanto con que a vencimiento o nos den bonos perpetuos, o unos bonos "de deuda puente" de un interés 0,1% o similar, y vencimiento a 10 años. Pero no las manos vacías... para eso debería quebrar la empresa... y si quiebra, ¿por qué no quebrar ahora mismo y evitarse el pago de la deuda senior?

Ayuda publica no es un "mirlo blanco", pero mejora las cosas. He leído en otro sitio que a lo mejor (porque a lo peor ya sabemos todos lo que significa), convierten la deuda subordinada en perpetua, de forma que no sería "devolvible" aunque sí generaría intereses (probablemente los mismos que las pensiones que nos esperan)...

KKR (actual propietaria) anda buscando alguien que le compre el farolillo rojo ATU. La oferta tendrá que mejorar la que han presentado los acreedores de ATU (¿ah, si?) que han ofrecido intercambiar parte de los 600 mil millones por talleres (o fincas rústicas sobre las ruinas de talleres) y el resto por euretes (nada dice de quitas o rebajas). El segundo camino es encontrar un inversor privado, pero la puja no sube de 1 €... Han contratado a Lanzard, la eBay de los farolillos rojos. Pero la cosa está muy fría. KKR se cubrió de gloria comprando esta cadena por un billón y medio de euros. Y ha tenido que meter y meter pasta, hasta no saber donde guardar al "niño tonto"... Moodys no dice aún que este metido en el fango, pero esta en rango de bono basura... El jefe de ATU dice que mantendrá los 12.000 empleos hasta 2018... en fin, como para fiarse...
