Segun leo en los foros de Yahoo esto puede ser buena señal, aunque la cotización ni se haya inmutado I think they know more about the results of the Phase III trials than they are letting on and this is why the warrant price is set so high. The results must be very good to this point in time and they are simply providing a mechanism for the warrant buyers (presumably large institutions and , of course, management awards) to profit ahead of the crowd. I see this as encouraging for the chances of FDA approval

Me preocupa depender de unas licitaciones en países conocidos por su inseguridad jurídica, mas que de una ventaja tecnologica.

Buena pregunta Floresta. En el caso de Carbures esta ventaja competitiva es clara con su patente, pero en el caso de NPG nadie parece que tenga respuesta lo cual hace pensar que no la hay, cualquier otro fabricante puede quitarle el pastel
