Junta de accionistas 12 de junio. Nada extraño a primera vista. En el artículo de SA de hoy se leían rumores de dilución para financiar los nuevos ensayos del pipeline.

1. To elect the nine nominees for director named herein to our Board of Directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal;

To approve the amendment and restatement of the Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 2009 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended, to, among other things, increase the number of shares of our common stock authorized and available for future issuance under the 2009 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended, to a total of 1.5 million shares;

Vaya ostión que llevo con las Farmas... yo, que soy un apostol aferrimo del antifarmismo, voy caigo en la tentación y PATAPAM. 

Mis CLDX hundidas en la miseria, y mi fondito de Farmas haciendo aguas. 

Voy a darme de cabezazos un ratito contra la nevera a ver si aprendo. 

Y la puta FED manteniendo tipos. Es que llega un momento en que ya no entiendes gran cosa. 

A que llamas hostión con CLDX?

Pues entre a 25'80, ahora estan a 24,54... es que yo soy muy conservador y a la que no hacen lo que espero, que era un buen rebote, me deprimo...
