Con lo que de cada 100 farmacos, pasan la fase 3 unos 6.

Igual este es uno de los motivos, uno más, para la subida de cortos en Novavax, valorando este dato del 6% sin ir más allá. Claro que de ser así, el que realmente gana es el que "apuesta" por estar en ese 6%, si estamos en el.

Si fueran apuestas, estar en Novavax por este motivo se pagaría casi un 17 a 1.

Yo creo que parte de los cortos es debido al derrumbe del sector + el condicionante de una fase 3.

Pero los cortos añadidos desde Enero, que han doblado a los ya existentes, eso es por las notas convertibles.

Algo que ya comentamos con la new del 25 de enero, pero que no supimos ver.

Pregunte por ello, al no entenderlo muy bien, no sólo en lo que se refiere a la traducción, pues no veía claro sobre todo esto "including (without limitation) derivative transactions, with respect to Novavax’ common stock ".

hasta la fecha, lo unico que yo sabia de  las consecuencias de unas notas convertibles era lo que vi en AMRN en 2015 cuando al precio le vencian unas notas si no recuerdo mal a 1,50 y la cosa se fue de 0,78 a 1,50 en la fecha de vencimiento, o algo asi, mi memoria cada vez es peor, puede que incluse este mezclando churras con merinas.

yo, la verdad, hubiera preferido una dilucion al uso y a correr, pero por lo que creo entender, el core accionarial dijo que nones. NVAX
