On 23 July, 2009 the Offerors will also announce (i) the FX Rate and (ii) the applicable margin over
EURIBOR or LIBOR, as the case may be, that will apply to each series of New Securities when its
coupon changes to a floating rate basis

Creo que queda más o menos claro con eso... En definitiva, aún no se sabe nada de la nueva emisión.
