Ayer dudaba en vender las aryzta en 12,50 con minusvalía del 4% pero pensé, después de perder un 40% espera al menos a entrar en positivo. Craso error y como me arrepiento de no haberme salido. Que asco de valor y que rabia haber dejado pasar la oportunidad de salirme. 

Si tenía un 10% y ha subido al 15% tiene que comunicar SI o SI! Piensa que hay que notificar cualquier compra que supere el 3%.

Ya ha borrado Aryzta toda la subida de ayer. Estoy de acuerdo en que fallar en la primera posicion de tu fondo, con un 10%, no es un simple error, es algo bastante más grave.

No me sé la legislación en Suiza. Además la noticia decía que no alcanza el 15%. En España solo comunicas salvo que cruces ciertos umbrales. Solo tienes que comunicar todas las operaciones si estás en el Consejo.

Yo creo que hasta que se realice efectivamente la AK va a tener mucha volatilidad. El peligro que le veía ayer era que como subiera mucho se iba a llenar de cortos otra vez y te la pueden hundir en unas semanas

En la página web de Aryzta se van notificando las compras y ventas. La mayoría son inferiores al 3% y aún así están obligados a notificarlas. Por consiguiente si un accionista pasa del 10% al 14,5% tiene obligación de notificar.

Notification duty

1 Anyone who directly or indirectly or acting in concert with third parties acquires or disposes of shares or acquisition or sale rights relating to shares of a company with its registered office in Switzerland whose equity securities are listed in whole or in part in Switzerland, or of a company with its registered office abroad whose equity securities are mainly listed in whole or in part in Switzerland, and thereby reaches, falls below or exceeds the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 33⅓%, 50% or 66⅔ % of the voting rights, whether exercisable or not, must notify this to thecompany and to the stock exchanges on which the equity securities are listed."
