Timo con el alquiler y cuentas Western Union

Ojo con las gangas de alquiler en internet!! Se trata de lo siguiente: Vemos un piso en cualquier pagina de internet de alquileres, etc. con un precio muy asequible. contactamos vía email con el propietario ya que siempre se trata de particulares. El presunto propietario nos contesta también vía email diciendo que es inglés, y que vive en el Reino Unido y que su español es un poco pésimo y nos comenta como podemos realizar el contrato y las condiciones del mismo de la forma siguiente...

"Yo podría enviar las llaves para comprobar apartamento, pero primero necesito un depósito de usted. Depósito debe ser enviado a través de Western Union y dirección por beneficiario: (y aqui nos dicen una dirección). Para su seguridad, la transferencia no se enviará en mi nombre. Puede utilizar cualquier nombre para el receptor. De esta manera, no tengo acceso a la transferencia. Su dinero está seguro. Como prueba de que se hizo la transferencia, usted tiene que enviarme los documentos de Western Union. Después de recibir el documento y Western Union confirmar la transferencia, enviar las llaves a su domicilio. Tienes 3 días para comprobar el apartamento desde la recepción de las llaves. Junto con las llaves, envío un contrato que debe completar, firmar y enviar una copia para mí. Si te gusta el piso, tiene que ir a Western Union y cambiar el nombre del beneficiario con mi nombre. El timo mediante las cuentas de Western Union ya lo conocía.

Se basa en que aparentemente para retirar el dinero de un giro de Western Union solo es necesario el código del giro sin presentar ninguna otra prueba de identidad.

Tu les giras la pasta a una oficina de Western Union y a un nombre inexistente, les das el número de giro y retiran el dinero, y por supuesto no te envían nada.

En Reino Unido no existe el carné de identidad, por lo que me pregunto que quizás para cobrar un wester union en RU ni siquiera hace falta identificarse o quizás baste con un carné de bibioteca o gimnasio.

Buenas tardes, verán, no estaba puesto en el tema este de las estafas por pisos, pero.. me empezó a mosquear un poco que me alquilen una a habitación por 600 pounds y que nos podems quedar mi novia y yo mensualmente y un deposito y tal, lo típico. Que me dice? que está en Gales, que el piso me lo enseña la familia de su abogado porq está con el en Gales. Que yo haga una transfer a una persona no a el, y que lleve el recibo original por si me gusta, ir a un Wstern Union a cobrar y hagamos el cambio llaves-dinero.. Pero que en teoria me lo enseña etc... Lo que me mosqueo? que se anunció en una página de shareflats, y se quitó en 1 día o 2.

Tengo la cita este martes y al arrendador o "arrendador" esperando respuesta de confirmación con la hora etc. Qué debería hacer?

Lo normal en Reino Unido es:
- Tú vas a ver el piso/habitación/casa y conoces al arrendador.
- Si todo va bien, te piden algo que justifique tus ingresos. Es también bastante habitual que pidan referencias en tu trabajo o a alguien que conozcas allí. En caso de piso, es bastante habitual que el arrendatario o la agencia inmobiliaria pida a una compañía externa especializada que compruebe que puedes pagar el piso.
- Firmas el contrato
- Ingresas el dinero en una cuenta
- Te dan las llaves con el justificante de ingreso en la cuenta.

La mayor parte de transferencias bancarias en Reino Unido son gratis si tienes una cuenta allí, así que no hay ninguna necesidad de utilizar un Western Union, que siempre te va a salir mucho más caro. La transferencia entre cuentas suele ser más rápida que en España, incluso en unas horas. Por una semana estoy en espana con mi mujer en el verano. Pero si lo alquilas por larga temporada es perfecto.ME busco otro lugar donde vivir por una semana.
La unica problema es que me puedo comprar a cualquier hora el billete de avion por la dia siguente para estar en espana...pero antes a tenido una problema con un hombre. Me dice que quiere ver el piso y me compro el billete para espana , la dia siguente estoy en espana ...lo llamo y tenia el telefon cerrado....gasto un monton de dinero por el viaje por nada... La gente son muy malas en esos dias.
Podria decir no te compras el billete ...
como me puedes demostrat que tienes dinero ? No pido dinero por adelanto por nada en el mundo.

Después de enviar el dinero se me envíe el documento escaneado de la transferencia, lo que puedo ver que todo está bien.
Y todo es ok,me compro el billete de avion.
pero cuando haces la transferencia a la dirrecion del destinatario no pones la misma dirrecion de donde envies los dineros.
por ejemplo: envies los dinero de Zaragoza a Taragona a el nombre de tu pareja y los dineros lo puedes sacarlo de cualquier oficina de Western Union.
entendies que te digo yo? porque si pones la misma dirrecion no te vas a dejarlo.
