Ya he puesto la denuncia.
Gold direct ha quebrado y ahora hay un proceso lento que lleva un tribunal de Holanda para poder recuperar el dinero . Dile a tu familiar que mande el justificante de compra y la transferencia aquí.

- - Global Gold Group B.V., having its business address at (1016 CG) Amsterdam, Herengracht 340 O, registration number 34109340 for the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam.
- - GGG Trading B.V., having its business address at (1016 CG) Amsterdam, Herengracht 340 O, registration number 55622003 for the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam.
- - Gold Direct International B.V., having its business address at (1016 CG) Amsterdam, Herengracht 340 O, registration number 50390171 for the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam.
The sir G.J. ten Hagen has been appointed the receiver in this matter.
I kindly request you to present all possible claims to me, by e-mail and send it to [email protected] and [email protected], within 10 days from the date of this letter. Please state the legal basis for the claim and the exact height of the claim, should be accompanied by photocopies of evidence and the possible applicable general terms and conditions. Should your claim be based on a preference, security right or the right of detachment or any other specific rights, this should also be specified by documents.
Should you wish to claim interest or penalties, you may only do so with regard to the period until the date of the bankruptcy 8th April 2014. I kindly request you to specify such claims as well as the amount.
