Why We Need Critical Mass Right Now
While this is a huge step forward, the law firm will only formally accept the case if we can demonstrate sufficient scale.
Law firms evaluating litigation funding look at two critical factors:
Critical Mass: The total number of verified victims in the group.
Total Combined Losses: The total sum of money stolen across all claimants.
The larger our group and the higher our combined financial losses, the greater the chance the solicitors will take on our case—and the stronger our bargaining power will be.

Como muchos saben, nuestra anterior iniciativa legal, organizada por Allan Londorf, se estancó porque no encontramos un bufete de abogados británico dispuesto a asumir nuestro caso contra Fast Invest. Muchos perdimos la esperanza tras el fracaso de ese esfuerzo sin representación legal.
Les escribo hoy porque hemos logrado un avance significativo.
Recientemente he contactado directamente con un bufete de abogados británico especializado en demandas colectivas y recuperación de activos fraudulentos. Tras una revisión inicial de nuestra situación, han mostrado interés en representarnos, y lo que es más importante, bajo un posible acuerdo de "sin éxito, sin honorarios" (honorarios condicionales/financiación del litigio).
Esto significa que, si el bufete acepta el caso, no tendríamos que financiar costosos litigios de nuestro propio bolsillo.
Por qué necesitamos una masa crítica ahora mismo
Si bien este es un gran paso adelante, el bufete solo aceptará formalmente el caso si podemos demostrar una magnitud suficiente.
Los bufetes de abogados que evalúan la financiación de litigios consideran dos factores clave:
Masa crítica: El número total de víctimas verificadas en el grupo.
Pérdidas totales combinadas: La suma total del dinero robado a todos los demandantes.
Cuanto mayor sea nuestro grupo y mayores sean nuestras pérdidas financieras combinadas, mayor será la probabilidad de que los abogados acepten nuestro caso, y mayor será nuestro poder de negociación.
