A ver como nos comportamos hoy... ya queda menos para Septiembre (4th quarter)

Al margen de las noticias que estan pendientes sobre una supuesta Capitalización de WMIH en el cuarto trimestre y futura primera operación (M&A)... este mes de Septiembre nos deja con dos fechas que son muy importantes para la finalización de la Bancarrota de WAMU y que esta termine con una sorpresa agradable para los poseedores de Escrows.

Empleados: 9 septiembre. Corte de Juez Walrath
P&A FDIC: 26 septiembre. Documento con fecha limite 26/09/2014 para que se materialice la venta del Banco y todos sus activos que irian a parar a JPM.

Los motivos son los siguientes...

FDIC P&A 26 septiembre (fecha de cierre del acuerdo)= finalización de la captura de WaMu por JPM.
Esto tiene mucho que ver con Escrows!

No hemos dado Carta Blanca a la FDIC Receiver.
La FDIC tiene procedimientos muy solidos sobre receiverships, compras de bancos y assumption agreements.

JPM actua solo como proveedor de servicios para la mayoría de las hipotecas originadas por WAMU. Esto es verídico y probado en cantidad de casos de hipotecas individuales. Estos activos hipotecarios se cuentan en un pool separado llamado ("PCI-loans") por parte de JPM.

Es hora que la FDIC finalice el dichoso P&A, deje que JPM pague su capital por las hipotecas que se quieran quedar y paguen el resto de sus actuaciones en el juicio LIBOR. Paguemos a los bonistas y Deutsche Bank y cobremos religiosamente después de 6 años como poseedores de tramos 5 y 6 del acuerdo del POR 7.

Te guste o no...¿Las Escrows van a ser pagadas! y WMIH va a ser Capitalizada.

I believe it comes in parts. One large part when the bankruptcy and the P&A with JPM is officially closed. I think these two actions could happen simultaneous with each other or very close. I can also envision a lot of assets from the FDIC being transferred over to WMIH at some point. So it may be that WMIH does not need a merger partner real soon if they are capitalized with former assets and/or value through banking certificates.

The other parts could come directly to our escrow share accounts from the FDIC each year for many years to come. I can see the trust being shut down within a year or to 15 fifteen months from now.
We know JPM did not get everything so there has to be some form of reconciliation with the official closure of the bankruptcy case, P&A, JPM and WMIH so hopefully time will soon tell us something.
