Re: Washington Mutual demanda a la FDIC por 17 billones US$ + daños
Ofuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229110117000000000007.pdf
Rosen probably knows there's no time to submit a NEW POR (vote/etc.), so verbally appealing to JM Walrath is his only prayer.
Last ditch efforts to save the coalition among WMI, JPM, and the FDIC. Rosen is trying to get the court to agree on the record to his changes so he can sell her remarks to JPM and the FDIC as 'proof' the plan will be confirmed such that they will agree to extend the GSA beyond 1/31. I expect both JPM and the FDIC are being very coy and are telling Rosen they're 'weighing' their options. If you think about it, what Califano did by contradicting Rosen at confirmation was as close as he could come to expressing the FDIC's concerns for its interests without violating the GSA. I'm sure there's trouble in paradise.
