During the same period, the pro forma adjusted EBITDA per share has multiplied by a factor of almost six. According to Vadevalor, assuming levels of future organic growth that the firm considers reasonable, and applying a conservative terminal value, the expected IRR for investors in a base case scenario is in the double digits.
