Sorry but my Spanish is not good enough. Here are my statistics based on € volume. In my opinion this requires much more work, but it is more accurate than statistics based on number of “contratos”.Calculated on Vencidos: Total Impagados (Mora) 3,47%, En recuperacion 1,08%, Recuperados 1,88%, Fallidos antes seguro 0,5106%, Indemnizacion 0,4735%, Perdida cristalizada 0,0371%.Calculated on average yearly €uros invested: Rentabilitad 6,235%, Retencion 1,185%, Perdida cristalizada 0,16%, Net final yearly interest 4,89%. This number should slightly improve with time because some "En recuperacion" today will become "Recuperados".I also want to extend my congratulations to Crealsa on their performance with “Recuperados”. It is very impressive. My only very strong complaint about Crealsa is that they stopped producing statistics at the end of last year.

Sería bueno tener estadísticas actualizadas, como solíamos tener hasta diciembre de 2019

I have received the transfer, but not the statements. They blocked access to the empty account. Very unprofessional! My impression is that I have received some interest, as it should be. I have asked for the statements, as soon as I have them I'll confirm.

Updating. Today we have received our funds. This is the most important. But there was no communication before the liquidation and no accounting available because access to the account is not possible anymore because it is closed. We have the money! But we would have appreciated better information and still want the statements.

Very unprofessional of Cuenta Facto. We sent instructions to refuse changes and close the account 3 days ago. No answer.
