Hay unos mínimos para acudir al canje, según el folleto: "To participate in an Exchange Offer, Holders must validly offer for exchange Existing Securities of the relevant series with an aggregate liquidation preference of at least €64,000 (in the case of the Existing Series A Tier I Securities), at least €84,000 (in the case of the Existing Series B Tier I Securities) or at least €100,000 (in the case of the Existing Series C Tier I Securities), as the case may be (each, the "Minimum Offer Amount") in order to be eligible to receive, after the application of the relevant Exchange Ratio, New Securities of the relevant series with an aggregate nominal amount of at least €50,000."
